firm as a Principal in the firm’s Dallas office. Mr. Walters will focus on Capstone’s relationships
with investors and fund sponsors located principally in the Midwest United States. Mr. Walters joins Capstone with over 20 years of Wall Street experience, most recently as a Director in the
Global Markets and Investment Banking division of Merrill Lynch, where he provided equity
sales coverage to large institutions. Capstone now has 17 professionals in the U.S and Europe
providing global capital raising and advisory services to sponsors of private equity and real estate
funds.
