Stacey Walter

Stacey focuses on the business development efforts for Capstone.

Prior to joining Capstone, Stacey worked at Goldman, Sachs & Co. in both the Real Estate Principal Investment Area (“REPIA”) and the Municipal Finance Group. As a member of the Fund Management Group within REPIA, Stacey provided analytical support on the funds and was also involved in investor reporting and investor relations.

Stacey also worked at Macfarlan Capital Partners, a real estate investment firm. As the Investor Relations Manager, Stacey was responsible for communications to the firm’s investors, including capital calls, distributions, quarterly reporting and other investor correspondence.

Stacey received her undergraduate degree and Master of Arts in Counseling degree from Liberty University.
