Thomas Eisenhardt

Thomas is responsible for fundraising and origination in Germany, Austria, the German-speaking part of Switzerland and central Eastern Europe.

Prior to joining Capstone, Thomas worked in investment banking and finance for over 12 years. He has worked for Deloitte & Touche in Vienna followed by several years at HSBC Investment Bank in London with responsibility for M&A coverage of the German speaking markets. Thomas has also worked in M&A / corporate finance for an Austrian corporate finance firm and was actively engaged in the marketing of private equity funds to institutional and private investors across Europe.

Thomas has a master’s degree in finance from the London Business School and a master and a PhD degree in business administration from the Vienna University of Business Administration and Economics.
