Tripp Brower

Frank (Tripp) Brower III, Capstone's founder, our dear friend, leader and colleague passed away on September 29, 2013 after a 16 month battle with Multiple Myeloma. He is greatly missed.

Tripp co-founded Capstone Partners in 2001, and in the years before his diagnosis helped  build Capstone into a leading global private equity funds placement firm. Capstone reflects Tripp's ideals of compassion, hard work, and selfless service to others. Tripp cared deeply for every colleague and each considered him a dear friend.

Prior to Capstone, Tripp served in several leadership positions and touched many lives as Executive Vice President of OffRoad Capital, Co-Head of the Private Fund Group at Stephens, Inc., Founder of Stonebridge Partners, and Vice President at J.P. Morgan Chase & Company.

Tripp's philanthropic pursuits included serving as founding member of the Governing Board for Executives in Action and as a prominent member of Crosspoint Church.
